How do I use a promotion code?
You can apply your promotion code during checkout. Simply enter the code in the designated field, and the discount will be applied to your total if the code is valid and the terms are met.
How do I use Clearpay?
Shop on SAMURAI as normal and choose Clearpay at checkout. You'll be directed to Clearpay’s website to register or log in. Provide your payment details, and complete your order.
How does the Clearpay payment schedule work?
Clearpay splits your order into 4 installments, payable every two weeks. The amounts and dates will be displayed at checkout. You can make early payments via your Clearpay account, and the amount due will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Clearpay?
Items follow the standard return process. Refunds will be issued through Clearpay, and future payments will be canceled. Any payments already made will be refunded to your card.

How does Klarna work?
Shop now, pay later with Klarna. Add products to your cart, select Klarna at checkout, and enter your details. You’ll receive confirmation emails and payment reminders. You can manage everything in the Klarna app.
How does the Klarna payment schedule work?
Klarna offers two options: Pay in 30 Days or Pay in 3 instalments. Pay in 30 allows you to try before you buy, with no interest or fees. Pay in 3 spreads the cost into three interest-free payments.

What is the returns policy?
You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return it. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Include proof of purchase for returns.
